These settings control the order sync pipeline and take effect on the next poll cycle.

Polling Enabled: Enable automatic Shopify polling
Shadow Mode: Build payloads but don't submit to Stord or update Shopify
Poll Interval: minutes between polls

Sent Tag: added after successful sync
Error Tag: added on sync failure
